Both, depending on the role and your availability. During your application we'll ask how many hours a week you can realistically commit, and build your schedule around that.

Pay is based on role, experience, and weekly hours, and is discussed directly during the interview stage once we understand your availability and fit. We never require any payment from you at any stage of hiring.
