Responsibilities

  • Track deliverable status and flag delays before they become problems
  • Organize feedback rounds and consolidate revision notes
  • Keep shared drives and project trackers tidy and up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic project-tracking tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable juggling several projects at once
  • Good written English for internal coordination
  • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work a few hours a day

Video Content Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming raw footage and log clips with timestamps and short descriptions
  • Organize and rename video files following our project folder structure
  • Note usable takes, on-brand moments, and technical issues for editors
  • Assemble simple reference selects or rough sequences under guidance
  • Support the video team with file transfers and basic asset prep

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable navigating folders, cloud drives, and everyday software
  • An eye for detail — you'll watch a lot of footage closely
  • No editing degree needed; we train you on our workflow and tools
  • Stable internet for streaming and uploading video files
  • Entry-level friendly; part-time or full-time schedules available

Media Data / Asset Entry Associate

Keep our growing library of photos, video, and articles organized, tagged, and easy for the whole team to find.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update metadata (titles, tags, usage rights, brand, date) for incoming assets
  • Rename and file assets into the correct project and brand folders
  • Run basic quality checks for duplicate, missing, or mislabeled files
  • Maintain our shared asset-tracking spreadsheet and library index
  • Flag gaps or inconsistencies to the production team

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, cloud storage, and repetitive detail work
  • Strong attention to accuracy and consistency
  • Basic English reading and writing for tagging and notes
  • No prior media experience required — we walk you through our system
  • A computer with reliable internet access

Junior Content Editor

Responsibilities

  • Proofread drafts for grammar, clarity, and consistency
  • Lightly edit copy to match each brand's tone and style guide
  • Check facts, names, and details against the original brief
  • Format content for publishing (headings, links, image placement notes)
  • Send clear, specific revision notes back to writers when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written English and a good eye for detail
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback on written work
  • Some writing, editing, or academic proofreading experience is a plus, not required
  • Reliable internet and a distraction-free block of time each day
  • Training provided on brand style guides and our editing workflow
